① Job Description
This is an Online English Teacher Job. You will teach English to international students.
We are an Japanese international company.
You can communicate with a variety of international coworkers.

Applicants don’t need to have any teaching experience because we provide a lot of training.
Trainers are "Experienced teacher who has TOEIC 990 and TOEFL iBT120", "Native speaker", and "international teachers".
■ Training Contents ■
-To improve communication skill by interacting with international people in a group
-To learn how to be a leader in a group
-To learn how to write a minutes and report in a business way
-To attend a business meeting
-To communicate with international people through google chat to improve writing skill in a business way
-To learn how to teach English with a game
-To expand knowledge about cultural differences
-To learn business manner
-To work with partners to teach English in front of other members
-To learn some marketing studies (SWOT Analysis. 4P, Smart goal setting, Persona, etc)
-To learn English industries basic knowledge
-To learn the differences between private lesson VS group lesson
-To learn about the basic knowledge about online platforms

② Requirements
・Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM-12:00 AM (Korean time).
・Priority is the person who can work from 6:00 PM-12:00 AM (Korean time).
・Communicate in English.
・Quick response
・Good Internet and PC environment

③ Working hours
・Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM-12:00 AM (Korean time).

We need you to take our training 2-4 hours every weekdays.

④Salary
・Salary: 10~20 dollars
*Note*
During the training, we will pay you 5 dollars/ hour.

1-100 hours (Training period): 5 dollars/hour
101-200 hours (Professional teacher A): 10 dollars/hour
201-300 hours (Professional teacher B): 11 dollars/hour
301-400 hours (Professional teacher C): 12 dollars/hour
401-500 hours (Professional teacher D): 13 dollars/hour
501-600 hours (Professional teacher E): 14 dollars/hour
601-700 hours (Professional teacher F): 15 dollars/hour
701-800 hours (Professional teacher G): 16 dollars/hour
801-900 hours (Professional teacher H): 17 dollars/hour
901-1000 hours (Professional teacher I): 18 dollars/hour
1001-1100 hours (Professional teacher J): 19 dollars/hour
1101-1200 hours (Professional teacher K): 20 dollars/hour
